A quick lunch a minute from Bocconi
Roman focaccia filled to order, sandwiches, piadine, big salads and plates. You order, you wait as long as it takes to make it, and you are back in the lecture hall.
What lunch looks like
Five bases, and what goes on top is up to you. Nothing is made in advance: the focaccia is cut and filled when you order it.

Or build your own
The menu has a builder: pick the base, the protein, the cheese, two vegetables, a sauce and a seasoning, and it writes out the order for you to show at the counter. The allergens update as you choose.
When to come
Between one and two there is the queue coming out of lectures. Before one and after two you can eat without rushing and find somewhere to sit.
Open 6am to 10pm, closed on Sunday.
